So I originally bought this player on February 27. I get it three days later and it is dead. That really made me mad considering how excited I was to get the player. So I contact customer service at Acessory Genie and they do get back to me the next day. They offer me an exchange and they paid for the shipping fees. So I get my new player and it is dead too! By this point I left them a pissed off email saying I wanted my money back.
Basically their manufacturer screwed me over twice. You can't trust the people who make this player in the US because they kept sending out products that don't even work.
I don't blame Acessory Genie because I actually think the people doing customer service for them is great. They got back to me quickly each time I contacted them. They gave me my refund within 48 hours after they received the product back. They always shipped very quickly to me. I think the only problem Acessory genie has is their manufacturer. I told them they better solve their manufacturing problem or they are going to have a lot of angry customers on their hands.
Now that I have my money back I'm going to go buy a player locally. At least if a player I buy from Best Buy or somewhere doesn't work, I can take it back the next or following day.

This is a great little MP4 player.
I have had quite a few and this is the best so far.
Solid case with good screen protection in the front.
Easy to load music and video on to it from a PC.
Mac computers don't seem to recognize the OS, so that is a drag if you use both.
Music and video are very clear and easy to convert into formatted .avi files.
Only Cons I have is - there is no protective little case that came with it and the earphones are hard plastic that hurt my ears.
Rechargeable battery lasts a long time.
Accessories aside, this is a real winner in my book.

The meizu player stopped working the third day since I had it. It keeps saying I need more resource and it won't play any of my music. What am I to do?

Look at specification before you choose a mp3/4 online. I compare it with iriver and ipod's several products with similar price, but at last I bought it. Because of not only its vasertility in playing all kinds of musics including MP3, WMV,OGG,FLAC,APE and etc, but also its nice price and outlook. It looks smarter and cooler than any other brands'.
No cons so far, actually, it's close to perfect. Strong recommend it to anyone who need a real music player but not another showoff equipment.

I got the meizu. Loved it. Startup is a little slow; there's no need for it to tell me it's a Meizu Miniplayer when I want to listen to the music.
Battery length is great.
Picture and video quality is great.
I like being able to drag and drop files into folders. Compared to the ipod that requires iTunes. The meizu allows more freedom.
The songlisting is good. Though, I wish for artists songplay, that there was a "Play all songs" by that artist option. Its annoying to pick each album.
Bad news. The thing about the Meizu brand, is that , the company doesn't care AT ALL. Say goodbye to customer service.
&&& I've had the Meizu for a year, its really glitchy now.
Turns off sometimes.
Shows the wrong battery meter.
The time is ALWAYS wrong lol.
Sometimes, it just doesn't work.
If you're buying this mp3player, its not a good long term investment.
Its lovable WHEN it works. So, i'm giving it 3 stars for being wonderful when it functioned well. Overall, don't buy. I recommend the Creative Zen.
